This postpartum fitness class is designed with you and your baby in mind; incorporating recovery, strength and balance.
Our certified postpartum fitness trainer will guide you through a combination of therapeutic exercises with your little one; actively working towards your recovery from pregnancy and birth. All exercises can be done with a variety of modifications for safety of you and your baby. This class is intended for postpartum parents and their babies from 6 weeks old through pre-walking.
What to bring: water bottle, yoga mat (we have some extras so don't worry about buying one if you don't already have it), comfortable clothes, and your baby/babies. Our fitness classes are taught by a credentialed allied health professional with certifications in exercise science and nutrition. Always consult your health care provider before beginning a new fitness routine.
