Please register your children for Kid City (during the 9a service) here! Registration will close when all slots are filled. By registering for KidCity, you consent to the following: I am not currently experiencing any of the following symptoms: Fever (temperature that is elevated for you/100.0F or greater) or chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or body aches, Headache, New loss of taste or smell, Sore throat, Congestion or runny nose, Nausea or vomiting, and/or Diarrhea.I am in compliance with the City of Chicago Emergency Travel Order. I am in compliance with the CDC on gathering in groups after being exposed to COVID or testing positive myself. By registering to attend the service, you consent that: There are inherent risks with any gathering. You understand these risks and fully assume all responsibility.I understand that safety precautions are in place and I agree to abide by all guidelines communicated verbally or in writing.Your temperature will be taken via a non-touch thermometer before entering.All persons age 2+ must wear a mask/face covering that covers the nose and mouth at all times while indoors.You will be automatically registered for contact tracing.To accommodate these safety protocols, plan to arrive early so everyone can check in and be seated before the service begins. Check-in and seating could take approximately 5-10 minutes.
