Many people aren't aware of how important breathing is. Kundalini Yoga teaches specific breathwork exercises that will bring mental clarity and peace into your life. When you hold specific body postures and verbally and mentally chant mantras while doing the breathwork this will lead to a very groovy experience. Kundalini is awareness. My goal is for you to experience the ultimate awareness and to show you that you already have everything you need for real happiness. We will do this through Kundalini Yoga & Meditation. Lastly, we will have 8 sound healers all channeling and playing sound bowls and many other Shamanic instruments while we remain in a deep state of relaxation. The vibration of this community is very healing. Average Attendance: 70+ people Event Schedule 5:00 p.m. - Beach Clean Up (bring gloves) 6:00 p.m. - Start the Kundalini Yoga 7:00 p.m. - Deep relaxation with multiple sound healers 8:00 p.m. - We will spend quality time with the community through ecstatic dancing, swimming on the beach, sungazing, vendors, and networking. PRICING: The event is $30 but we are offering a special for the first 10 tickets. First 10 Tickets (Make Payment ASAP) - $11.00 After the 10 tickets are sold, If you refer a friend and they buy a ticket you will receive 50% off of your ticket of $30. Which means you get to come for only $15. PARKING: Bring Quarters, $1, and or $5 bills to pay for the metered parking. Typically $2 will give you 1 hour. DIET: Try to eat mostly fruit the day of the event. Drink lots of water and have fruit juices/smoothies. This will help keep you hydrated and when you are hydrated the experience overall will be enhanced.
