Martha & Mary Ministries, Walking in Freedom! ™ extends to you a joyful invitation to our 7th Walking in Freedom! Workshop. We are enthusiastic about this year's workshop. God has strategically appointed a diverse group of women to encourage and empower us to keep walking in freedom. We will hear phenomenal women from the surrounding Houston area share powerful testimonies and expound on this year's theme: Don’t You Know Who You Are? Embrace who you are in Christ and walk in freedom! They have graciously accepted the task to share biblical truths with us that will strengthen and encourage our Christian walk. Our speakers are looking forward to empowering the women of God. Could you use some encouragement? Need a reminder of what God says about you? Our 7th Walking in Freedom! Workshop will be an intimate time for women and young ladies to be encouraged and strengthened. Because of Covid-19 and safety concerns, there is limited seating. Who is Martha & Mary Ministries, Walking in Freedom? Founded in 2010, Martha & Mary Ministries, Walking in Freedom! (M3) is driven by a passion to encourage the hurting and a desire to see every woman come into the full knowledge of her true worth and potential, which can only be found in our Savior, Jesus Christ. ​M3 is a women's devotional ministry of The Sanctuary Christian Fellowship Church with the sole purpose of encouraging, equipping, empowering, and impacting lives for Christ. We stand on this principle: "Therefore, if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed" (John 8:36). Our Host & Founder Known for her messages of encouragement, Pastor Rhovonda Brown’s devotionals, preaching, workshops, books, and words of comfort and empowerment have been inspiring people worldwide. Rhovonda is co-pastor of an incredible ministry, The Sanctuary Christian Fellowship Church, where she works alongside her husband, Pastor Jeffrey Brown, to serve and encourage the people of God. "I'm blown away at how God can take a flawed person like me, and make her into His magnificent masterpiece and use her as His mouthpiece. All glory, power, and honor belong to my God! I am grateful for the opportunity to share my story and inspire you to walk in freedom with Jesus Christ." They are proud parents of two beautiful children and an adorable grandson. They are preachers and teachers of the Word who have labored in various ministries for the Lord, humbly serving Him passionately. Through these servants, God birthed The Sanctuary Christian Fellowship Church where they are making church simple by keeping Christ at the center. As pastors, they share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, motivating believers to serve God passionately and unselfishly, in meekness and in love. Pastors Jeff and Rhovonda inspire others to reach their full potential in God and to see what God sees in them: Greatness! Their messages speak of God’s indescribable love and His amazing forgiveness. Pastors Jeff and Rhovonda are passionate about the youth. Prior to their pastoral position, they were youth pastors for over 15 years and have ministered to the youth (combined) for more than 30 years. Their desire is that children will grow up healthy, with high self-esteem, knowing that they are loved and in God's eyes they are masterpieces. As a team, Pastors Jeff and Rhovonda develop, create, plan, and organize curriculums, activities, fundraisers, and events for their children ministries to ignite an excitement and love for God in today's youth. In addition, this dynamic duo host events and activities to motivate God's people to serve Him passionately and unselfishly. These servants are willing to be used by God for His glory and on any platform He provides.
