We are happy to be back! Join Yoga Instructor Stefanie Tanacea for a serene morning of yoga lakeside at the Sunset Pavilion in Breezewald Park. Sip your beverage of choice while changing poses or enjoy your beverage after we open our body, mind and spirit on the deck at the pavilion. Class includes two beverages of choice. Please arrive 15 minutes before class and bring a mat, we will have plenty of room to spread out for class! Stefanie's Bio: I took my very first yoga class in 2009 with some co-workers from lululemon. Having played sports my entire life, my inner competitive chatter was running rapidly, wondering how these people were so bendy, why I couldn't do the same poses, and generally feeling discouraged that I would never be 'good' at yoga. Over the next few years as I spent more time on my mat, my inner chatter settled. I cared less and less about how flexible my hamstrings were and my mat became a place for me to explore self-judgement and self-love. Last year, I took another step and became a RYT-200 through the mind.ful.on. yoga and leadership training program through lululemon! I am rooted in vinyasa flow, incorporating mediation into each practice. For me, yoga is a journey inward and as a teacher, I love the opportunity to invite my students on that same journey.
