Join us to learn the steps you can take to find a mentor that will match your interest in research or creative works. This workshop will be held on Tuesday September 6th. From 12:30 pm - 1:40 pm There are two ticket options, in person or through zoom, choose whichever you are comfortable with. Location: ESTAC 1.112A & BLHSB 1.314 Tips and advice from students and current mentors will be shared, along with resources to identify potential faculty mentors. The session presenter reviews over the definition of a faculty mentor, the benefits of choosing a faculty mentor, steps to take when contacting a faculty mentor, contact etiquette, and general tips to remember.
