Welcome to the Ashton Hill Farm Halloween Ball! This will be a 21+ event featuring the band Dirty Pop, so be ready to dance your socks off! Here are all the gory details: Date: Saturday October 30th Location: Galena Illinois at the Ashton Hill Farm venue Timeline: 7pm Doors open, 11pm costume contest winners announced, 12am end of event Costume Contest: Up to $1,000 in cash prizes Drinks: Open bar all night, drinks available for purchase Music: Dirty Pop Ticket Cost: General Admission $45, GA w/ Shuttle Access $70, VIP $85 General Admission: Includes your ticket to the Halloween Ball, access to the bar (drinks not included in ticket purchase), parking lot access at 7pm when event begins(this ticket does not include shuttle access). General Admission w/ Shuttle Access: Includes your ticket to the Halloween Ball, access to the bar (drinks not included in ticket purchase), parking lot access at 3pm as well as shuttle access. **AFTER TICKET PURCHASE YOU WILL NEED TO SELECT YOUR SHUTTLE TIMES BY GOING TO THE ADD ONS TAB** VIP: Includes VIP entrance to the ball (skip to the front of the line), access to the bar (drinks not included in ticket purchase), VIP parking lot access at 3pm as well as shuttle access, access to the private VIP area close to the stage which includes a private bar and water station as well as special seating. **AFTER TICKET PURCHASE YOU WILL NEED TO SELECT YOUR SHUTTLE TIMES BY GOING TO THE ADD ONS TAB** Shuttle Access: Park at the venue and check in between 3:30pm-6:00pm and have our shuttle take you downtown to Depot Park and drop you off for the parade! The shuttle will then pick you up at the same location after the parade and take you back to the venue for the Halloween Ball! The shuttle will run from 7:00pm-9:30pm to pick you up from Depot Park and take you back to Ashton Hill Farm! You will need to sign up for a shuttle time pick up and drop off when you purchase your ticket. Our shuttle will be checking in to Ashton Hill Farm in 30 minute intervals, please select your shuttle time for parade drop off. 3:30pm, 4:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:00pm Shuttle Times for Parade Drop Off Our shuttle will be picking up from Depot Park in 30 minute intervals, please select your shuttle time for Halloween ball pickup. 7:00pm, 7:30pm, 8:00pm, 8:30pm, 9:00pm, 9:30pm Shuttle Times for Halloween Ball Pick Up *Once you have selected your shuttle time, you must board the shuttle at that time. We cannot guarantee shuttle access at another time*
