Very nice outdoor cat house

We have a very nice cat house for sale. It is less than a year old and in excellent, like-new condition We bought it for our cats but due to a change in our living situation, we had to rehome our cats. Now, we no longer need this house. Bought it brand new for over $300. Also had a custom tarp made specifically to fit around half of it to shield the cats from inclement weather. The tarp costs $70. We are selling the house with the tarp for $125. I’ll be adding pictures of the item soon, but for now these are stock photos I found online.
