A great yoga class for beginners to cleanse the mind and soul followed by a pop up shop to get aromatherapy soaps to cleanse the body. Wellness Wednesday is where it's at for that midweek break to help you get through the rest of the week. Come get your flow on in the park to decompress, reground, and care for yourself. This flow is perfect for beginners or to get back to the basics for advanced yogis. Bring your mat or towel, water bottle, and any blocks/props. After caring for your body and soul, don't forget to take care of your body with a pop up shop hosted by Moon Body Soaps. All soaps are handmade and scented with only essential oils for a full aromatherapy experience. You'll be able to shop and connect with scents that speak to your soul. All soaps will be discounted 10% during the event, so don't forget to stock up!
