Tuesday August 24th at 7pm! Chef Brandon Johnson and his team at Pineapple Ink Tavern will be presenting a four course meal to complement the following offering from Schoolhouse Brewing: Wheat for the Sky! (5%):  A traditional American wheat ale with subtle notes of spice and orange peel.  Grab one of these the next time you’re considering an easy drinking wheat brew, (especially one named after a nearby celestial body). Laid Back Lager (5%): Crisp, clean, and refreshing!  What better way to relax than by sipping this easy drinker.  One taste, and you’ll be ready to put your feet up and relax.   We Still Do (5%): A super hazy pale overflowing with citrus notes, courtesy of galaxy and citiva hops and a tropical yeast. Black Adder (6.3%): Schoolhouse unleashes another Black IPA, and this one packs a bite.   Dark malt notes pair with pine, spice, and earthy tones.  ***Ticket includes meal, beer pairings, and gratuity. Doors will open at 6:45pm. No tickets will be sold at the door.
