Over the years, she has become one of the trusted, well known experts in the Customer Experience profession. As a Business Advisor and Coach, she helps business owners, CEO’s, and leaders, get back to working on the business rather than in the business. She is a well-known guest speaker for such organizations like the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), Business Marketing Association (BMA), Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), and the Association of Customer Contact Professionals (ACCP). She has served on many global industry boards and is an advocate for change by driving awareness, education, and acceptance of Customer Experience as an important piece of the c-suite and strategic planning process. She holds a Master’s in Business from Benedictine University, Bachelor of Science from Western Illinois University, and certifications as a Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), Professional Business Coach (iPEC), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (GE), and Voice of Customer Professional (Allegiance University).
