Hey there, I have since left Missoula for several years, but I still see you semi-satisfied with this crazy life as I am. We both have always been infatuated with one another, but could never be due to our circumstances. We were committed to lives that we know, had we met, by just weeks, possibly days earlier, we never would have accepted. To see you unfulfilled though you pretend to not be, is terrible. I wish I had made a different choice, but given circumstance, I know that I would never have seen you again. So I write this anonymous letter in the hopes that it reaches you, though unlikely. I just want you to know that you are very muched loved and I regret that I didn't ever tell you how much being in the presence of your beautiful soul brings a lightness to my heart that I cherish forever. I miss you and I will see you in the future. If not this life, then the next.
