The Groundskeeper/Make Ready position is responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of our beautiful community including the grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other common areas of the community. You will also assist in the preparation of vacant apartments, and in completing resident service request as assigned by Maintenance Director and or Manager.
