I need a licensed pest control person to inspect and certify my 350-square-foot studio apartment. I am about to rent it to a tenant and they are asking me to provide a certification that there are no bed bugs. The studio apartment is basically just a bathroom and a main room with a kitchenette and space for a bed. There is no carpet. I can pay cash. Please let me know how much you would charge me. Thanks.
