I own a small organizing company providing packing, unpacking, decluttering and hoarding clean-up throughout Northern California. Please read posting carefully to see if you qualify and if you do respond with YOUR NAME YOUR PHONE YOUR CITY Thanks This is an independent contractor gig that could be any day of the week, normally afternoon shifts. Currently we have a 5 day assignment in Berkeley and Emeryville ( August 16-21) and additional hoarding clean up gigs in Dublin. Duties: Good communicator, "can do " attitude, Strong work ethic, always punctual, able to follow directions Non smoker Healthy, fit and vaccinated ( or our clients don't want you in their homes) Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds Very helpful would be experience: Assembling boxes Neatly and expertly packing china, artwork, clothing and other kitchen implements Loading debris for dump runs of unwanted furniture, odds and ends Decluttering ( we provide the guidelines) Light maintenance ( Sweeping, dusting) Unpacking( If you have experience with Marie Kondo methods or system, all the better) Great job for recently retired strong men and women, high school and college students, folks in between jobs Pays cash or venmo on day you work utilizes I-9 and work hours recorded If you are interested please respond to this posting as directed in the first paragraph above and tell me what interests you about this work.
