Follow dealer and mfgservice guidelines Proven MFG training records and participates in required Dealer training programs. Experience with service departments operating systems such as CDK and all Data. Perform multi- point inspections, repairs, maintenance and provide service reccomendations. Strong communication skills, explaining repairs and answering technical questions. Ability to communicate and work well with Management, Employees and Customers Ability to perform road test and quality control completed repairs. Production orientated, self-starter, attention to details - Bi-lingual a plus! Positive attitude and team player. Clean MVR.
