Assist customers, generate service repair orders with accurate estimates and client contact information. Strong communication skills, explaining repair estimates, answering technical questions and obtaining approvals. Ability to communicate and work well with employees and customers. Warranty and vehicle service contract knowledge plus calling in claims. Production oriented, self-starter, attention to details, Bi-lingual a plus! Positive attitude and Team player. Clean MVR.
