Full-time groundskeeper needed for a large residential property. Tasks and Qualifications: - Upkeep of landscaping – knowledge of and experience with pruning, care, and feeding of grass, plants, shrubs, fruit trees, etc. - Cleaning including window washing, leaf blowing, pressure washing, and washing cars - Care for the overall look of the property and keeping it beautiful - Maintenance and light construction projects - Comfortable lifting and carrying heavy objects, climbing ladders and working outdoors Requirements: - CA Driver’s License and a clean driving record - Pass background check - Authorized to work in the United States - Can provide references - Previous experience Benefits: - Hourly pay, W-2 employee - Two weeks vacation - Health insurance - Major national holidays off with pay To apply please submit a resume and cover letter.
