I imagine the smarter one's got vaccinated. Out of a hundred people some catch it without suffering, some catch it with suffering and some die, while many just don't "get it".. I imagine the homeless, like the people in red states, are catching on to the fact that covid 19 ain't no simple flu, and are now scrambling to receive the vaccine as if their very lives were at stake. Personally the #1 reason I received the vaccine was not fear of death...I just don't like being sick. Riddle????? What do sick or dying people say? 'I wish I wasn't sick or dying!" Think about that for a few days. Take it to the mountain and ponder the implications. Then ask yourself..."do the homeless really want to die?"
