Join us at the Capital City Market, downtown Lansing, for an evening of Charcuterie board building!
Class will be held on August 26th at 6 pm. This class will teach charcuterie basics plus our favorite tips and tricks from Amayesing Graze. We will be building a traditional theme board with ingredients that you can find at the Capital City Market! We will provide everything necessary to make and take a delicious charcuterie board home to share with family and friends!
Your board will be loaded with artisan cheeses, various charcuterie, fresh summer fruits, nuts, honey, crackers and more. Each ticket also comes with a beverage provided by the Ferris Coffee & Nut Co. to enjoy while crafting your edible work of art. Class duration is around 1.5 hours. Space is limited.
