KIRKLAND, WA — A boil water advisory that went into effect for several Kirkland neighborhoods Tuesday afternoon was lifted Thursday after tests found no indication of contamination, officials said. The advisory went into effect for city water customers in several neighborhoods after a significant water main break temporarily decreased water pressure for a large portion of the city, prompting concerns that sediment could have entered the water system.
