Mechanic help needed on my Chevy LUV

Looking for help fixing the brakes on my 1980 Chevy LUV. This truck runs and has been around the country several times. Check out the Instagram @readertruck. The rear brakes have seized an are locked up. This Truck is rusty and is more of a running art piece looking to keep it alive. I can get this towed to you or we can work on it where it is now and Sodo Seattle. I run a neon sign shop and do some metal fabrication would be happy to make you a neon sign or $$$ will do whatever it takes to get this thing back on the road. Please let me know thank you!
