Seeking to hire immediately a ATSSA CERTIFIED individual to provide Traffic Control Management in the area of Marathon South to Key West. In order to be considered for this position, applicants MUST meet the following criteria: - MUST be 18 years of age or older - MUST be able to work in the USA (documentation will be required) - MUST have a valid Drivers License - MUST have a current ATSSA CERTIFIFCATION - MUST have experience in Traffic Control Management, Cone/Barricade, etc. placement - MUST be FELIXBLE in work schedule - MUST be able to work outdoors during all types of weather (heat, rain) - MUST be able to lift approximately 35+ pounds of equipment - MUST pass Drug Test as we are a Drug Free Workplace This is a FULL-TIME, PERMANENT/LONG TERM position and while the position is overseen by our Miami Branch, position is in the Florida Keys from Marathon South to Key West. If hired, applicant must travel to Miami and stay for one (1) month in order to ensure responsibilities and expectations are thoroughly addressed. We will pay for hotel accommodation and per diem. We offer full benefits including 401(k) after 60 Days probationary period. We provide necessary safety (PPE's, Hard Hat, glasses, gloves, etc.) equipment at no cost. Steel toe boots that cover the ankles is MANDATORY (we offer a purchase/pay back program if assistance is needed for the steel toe boots). Direct Deposit available and Pay is Weekly. Paid legal holidays, PTO (Paid Time Off) begins accumulating on the first day of hire. Additional information provided during new hire orientation. We do conduct background checks and we review as to the severity of the results as we are a "Second Chance Company."
