BELLMORE, NY — A dump truck overturned on Sunrise Highway Wednesday night near the Bellmore LIRR station, spilling diesel fluid and hydraulic fluid on the roadway, police said. The 53-year-old driver suffered a minor head laceration that did not require hospital treatment, police said. The incident that happened just before 11 p.m. was cleaned up by the fire marshal and a crew from the New York State Department of Transportation.
