OCEAN COUNTY, NJ — Looking for something to do this weekend? Check out this list of goings-on in Ocean County. Enjoy a concert on the beach Seaside Heights is hosting Freestyle at the Beach with Lisa Lisa, George Lamond & Judy Torres. The concert starts at 7 p.m. Saturday at the beach stage at the Blaine Avenue crossover. Take a trip back to the 1980s and get your freestyle on with this musical trio. Tickets start at $37.50 and can be purchased online. Fly to Neverland with Peter Pan The Surflight Theatre is presenting Peter Pan, with a twist, geared to children ages 3 to 10, at the theatre, 201 Engleside Ave. in Beach Haven. The show starts at 6 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday and is part of the theatre's Musicals for Children series. Tickets are $12 per person for all seats. In addition, the theatre is presenting "A Chorus Line" at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and as a 2 p.m. matinee on Sunday. Ticket information is on the website. Jam out with DJs, support 2 worthy local charities The DJs Unite Vol. 9 Music Fundraiser will be rocking the house all day Saturday at the Beachcomber in Seaside Heights. The event starts at 1 p.m. and runs until close. There will be raffles, a 50/50 and much more as the DJs who are participating join to raise money for Northern Ocean Habitat for Humanity and Ma Deuce Deuce. Northern Ocean Habitat for Humanity helps families in need by building affordable homes. MA 22 works to help veterans struggling with PTSD to reduce veteran suicides. Read more here. Stroll the boards and shop arts and crafts The Arts & Crafts By the Sea event returns to the Seaside Heights boardwalk starting at 11 a.m. on Saturday. Plenty of vendors will be offering their wares for sale. Pick up unique items for your kitchen, bath, or outdoor space. Do a little early Christmas shopping. The event runs until 7 p.m. More arts and crafts to browse St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Brick is hosting its craft and vendor show from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday on the ballfield at the church, 714 Herbertsville Road.
