Individuals must be open to new challenges and be willing to apply best practices to overcome these challenges. The open position is for a full time Day Porter in the Sacramento area. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Wipe down trash receptacles and replacing trash liners Trash pickup around the entire parking lot, landscape areas, and dumpster enclosures Wall spotting (interior and/or exterior) Windowsill cleaning De-web buildings and doorways Assist in light maintenance work Restroom care (if applicable as assigned property) Sanitize Adhere to all safety rules and procedures Maintain equipment and storage areas in a neat, clean manner and in good working condition Report illegal dumping or other property issues to Management. Other tasks as assigned by management Qualifications Strong communication skills Valid driver’s license and car insurance Clean DMV Record (3 years) to drive company truck Physically conditioned to handle extensive walking of properties Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs. overhead Ability to work independently; self-motivated Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15 - $17.00 per hour
