3 Arrested After Arnold Shooting Damages Cars, Home: Police

ARNOLD, MD — Police said they arrested three Annapolis residents after several vehicles and a home were shot July 25 in Arnold. The suspects all face charges of weapons violations, officers indicated. Authorities identified the arrestees, who are all 22 years old, as: Brandon Charles Louis DownsKeyori Tyqueze MedleyChristopher Dwight Watts Officials wrote that they arrested Downs the day of a shooting after executing a search warrant at a home in the 500 block of Bellerive Road. Police detailed that they served arrest warrants for the other two suspects last Friday. One of the car owners reported the shooting around 6:33 a.m. in the 500 block of Bellerive Drive, officers noted. Authorities added that they searched the parking lot and found: Two bullet holes in the back of a Toyota SUVAnother vehicle with the rear window shot twice13 shell casings in the first row of the parking lot Two unspent rounds of ammunitionFive shell casings in the far corner of the parking lotA Honda with bullet damage Two shell casings at that vehicle's back bumperA stray bullet that penetrated the third-floor window of a home in the 600 block of Baystone Court Officials explained that they executed a search warrant at an unidentified home and found an unnamed person of interest, two 9 mm handguns and suspected marijuana. The investigation is still ongoing, police informed. Though the Anne Arundel County Police Department already made arrests, the agency still asked anybody with information to call (410) 222-6145.
