Need a wood craftsman for custom project

I have a file cabinet that is perfect for my specific needs but I cannot locate it for sale anywhere so I would like someone to build me a custom one. There are pics attached of the existing file cabinet and here are the measurements of what we would like. You will be expected to come and measure it to make sure the drawers are accurate. Overall structure: ~8' long x ~ 6' tall (for equal drawers) x 3 ft deep. Wooden. Sturdy but drawers easy to open. Drawers: Current cabinet is 2' wide from outside, 21.5" interior drawer total, and I would like it broken up just like this. Each drawer has 5 rows, each row is 4.5" wide, and 3.75" tall on the interior. The exterior of the drawer is 4.75" tall. It is crucial that they are the correct size and slide easily. Must include past work and references to be included, will not just take your word for it. Will require a quote and will pay for material up front, labor after the job is completed satisfactorily. You must send a quote and if selected, must come in to measure yourself so we are on the same page.
