Olshan Foundation Repair, the premier foundation repair experts since 1933, in Denver, Co. is currently seeking a Construction Supervisor to join our team! You will be leading a construction crew of 3-6 employees. We enjoy helping families with their home foundation repair needs. Our company has a culture based on dedication, integrity and continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities: Ensure all foundation repair work is performed in accordance to company and industry standards. Job site management, examination and inspection of job progress. Oversee 3-6 crew members, delegate, train, and ensure safety. Safely operate company equipment. Maintain a clean and safe job site. Requirements: Proven leadership or supervisory experience in construction is a plus. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. bend and stoop. Must be comfortable working outside and walking on uneven ground. Must have a valid drivers license with a favorable driving record.
