Handyman for Several Projects

I have several outstanding projects. One of them is yard work and landscaping and the other is washing and patching an aluminum roof on a live-in trailer. The projects are in (or near) my house. I am not a contractor, and I am not looking for anyone with a specific license. I want you to be responsible, drug free, affordable, and good with your trade. I will not pay anything upfront to get started. Since it is my home, I will do a thorough background check on you.
