CONCORD, NH — Martha Jane Sartwell, 55, of Concord was arrested at 11:36 a.m. on July 21, 2021, on a felony receiving stolen property-$1,051+, driving after revocation or suspension, and possession of a controlled drug charges. She was arrested in the drive-thru at Dunkin' Donuts on Manchester Street after police ran the plate of a vehicle and reported it was stolen out of Manchester, according to scanner chatter. She is due in Merrimack County Superior Court on Sept. 2, for an arraignment. Robert P. Pineault, 46, of Allenstown was cited at 2:10 p.m. on July 21 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident at 102 Manchester St. Kenneth Ray Barnett, born 1952, of Huntsville, Texas, was arrested at 1:40 p.m. on July 20 on a disobeying an officer charge after an incident on Pleasant Street. Jason Musche, born 1980, of Concord was arrested at 1:32 a.m. on July 20 on a bench warrant after an incident on Water Street. Joshua Alexander Knight, born 1979, of Concord received a summons at 3:45 a.m. on July 19 on a warrant after an incident at 90 S. Main St. Joseph Albert Nault, 31, of Concord was arrested at 9:48 a.m. on July 18 on failure to use required turn signal, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, and possession of a controlled drug. He was arrested after an incident on Hoit Road. Nault is due in superior court for arraignment on Sept. 9. Paul Noyes, 27, of Epsom was arrested at 10:13 a.m. on July 16 on an alcohol interlock, motor vehicle not equipped with interlock charge after an incident at Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Manchester Street. Curtis J. Ayer, 32, of Concord was arrested at 2:36 p.m. on July 14 on simple assault and resisting arrest or detention charges. Stebbins, 45, of Concord was arrested at 9:17 p.m. on July 12 on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident at Dick's Sporting Goods on Loudon Road. Jason Bouffard, born 1984, of Concord was arrested at 8:44 p.m. on July 11 on a criminal mischief charge. He was arrested after an incident on Chablis Terrace. Carol Jean Cherrette, 60, of Allard Street in Concord was arrested at 4:01 p.m. on July 9 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. Police were sent to Allard Street for a disturbance with a man claiming a woman had lost her mind and was beating him up. After speaking to the man and woman, no charges were filed due to "lack of evidence and cooperation," the officer stated. While sitting at the end of the home's driveway, preparing to leave, the reporting officer saw the man and woman in the driveway. The man, the officer wrote, "looked disheveled, with his glasses askew, and his jacket half off and half on" — with the woman, later identified as Cherette, "holding onto (the man's) jacket, pulling it as hard as she could as he attempted to get away from her," an affidavit stated. The officer approached them both, freed the man from Cherette's hold, and placed her under arrest. During processing, the officer stated Cherette admitted to grabbing the man, attempting to apologize after an argument about paying for some legal processes, a report said. She was held on preventive detention and taken to county. Dana R. Hunt, 49, of Weare was arrested at 3:28 p.m. on July 8 on a warrant after an incident on South Main Street. Carl D. Soderberg, born 1968, of Concord was arrested at 1:18 p.m. on July 8 on stalking and two breach of bail charges after an incident at Sun Tan City on Storrs Street.
