Needing help desperately

My car down, needing an 02 sensor for an 02 Audi A6 Quattro 3.0. I am currently living in my car it’s all I have I am desperate to get it fixed, it’s hot, god it’s so hot I actually had heat stroke yesterday, I’m stranded and have absolutely no one to call, no ice, no water, no food, this cannot be the end. I’m a berry hard honest worker and willing to work in exchange for a room. I’m a certified welder and metal fabricator and do paint and bodywork. But also proficient with a number of things including construction residential and commercial and remodeling. Please I need help. Please!
