Stump Removal and Land Clearing

I have a partial stump that needs removed. I also need a small section of my yard cleared of weeds and trash removed. I want to be able to plant grass and move my fence but can't until this area is completely cleared. There is some wood laying in that mess. If you cut it up I will burn it, but the junk/trash needs hauled away. I have included some photos of these areas. I need an idea of how much this is going to cost and a time when you can do this. i work an odd schedule and I'm not available just any time.
