GROUND AD Looking for Individuals to fill Commercial and residential ground window cleaning positions. Experience is helpful, but not needed. Tux trains all new employees. An ideal candidate is an individual who is willing to learn, knows the Albuquerque area, Self-starter, Good communication and organizational skills, Can work early in the day, has a valid NM drivers license. Pay starts at $12 (Increases in base pay determined by applicant's skills). Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available. Who is TUX WINDOW CLEANING? TUX has operated in the Albuquerque and surrounding areas since 1990. We operate the largest window cleaning company in the state. We service customers that range from UNMH to small residential houses utilizing High-rise repelling, Boom lifts, Ladders and Poles. As we grow, we are looking to bring in new representatives to our company and teach them a skill that has the potential to become a career. We have multiple employees with over 17+ years of experience in the field, including our Owner, Barry Coffman. What Does a Normal day Look like? Days at Tux start early. During the summer we can start work as early as 4:30 am, to stay ahead of the heat. Our average start time is around 6:00 am. Employees work individually, or in teams depending on the jobs, and the safety requirements for those jobs. The jobs can be in areas that range from Los Alamos to Belen, but a majority of the work is in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. When a technician reaches a job site, they would check in with the on-site manager of the facility, or home-owner, and begin to wash and squeegee the windows. After completion of the job a technician may be required to get a signature and collect payment before they head to the next Job. Job length can range from 30 min to 2 weeks. Work Days can range from 6-12 hours and are normally Mon-Fri, although certain jobs require weekend work.
