Lounge Music, Anyone?

Experienced Guitar/Vocals wondering whether there is room in this ole world for music that relaxes. Be nice to play once a week with like-minded musos. I have a drum kit I would be happy to set up in my garage for a sophisticated drummer. Be great to find a keyboard player and upright bass (or reg. bass) to round out a quartet, then add a horn or two if there's interest. If you happen to be a super-dooper cool-as-a-cucumber female vocalist, that would be most fine. Gigs? Who knows. Figure that out later. Obviously have to be able to follow a lead sheet/chord chart, unless you already know the tune by heart of course. Also be good if you're into the retro vibe, and it would be even better if you have some songs that come to mind in this genre that you'd like to work with. Then I won't have to choose them all.
