If you plan to have work performed on your home, property, or business, make sure that you're contractor is licensed, bonded and insured.
CA state license board is cracking down and will hold the property owner accountable for the fines. By hiring unlicensed help, you have no leg to stand on, legally if and when something goes wrong. It actually hurts the local economy and small businesses owners who play by the rules!
