Progressive Urban Property Management is a NEW and GROWING company. We provide property management services from single family homes to multi-family apartment buildings. Our properties are in Cuyahoga county with most of them in the Cleveland, Euclid, and Lakewood areas. We are looking for a maintenance supervisor to facilitate and lead our maintenance department. Responsibilities for this position includes: * Coordinate all repairs and make ready jobs with in-house staff, vendors, owners, and tenants * Inspect rental units after move out documenting repair needs and pictures using our inspection app * Put together make ready invoices and coordinate materials * Monitor jobs and keep work on schedule * Inspect make ready jobs and any repairs as necessary Position is mostly an office position but there will be some travel within the county as needed. Job will be work from home on occasion. The position will require 30-40 hours a week. No health insurance benefits are provided at this time but we do provide paid vacation time.
