ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic staff to support and assist an exclusive community conference event hosted by a leading nutritional supplement brand. This inspirational event will feature presentations by renowned athletes, best-selling authors, industry leaders and so much more. Experience not required but a positive mental attitude and a professional presence is a MUST! Details Location: Louisville, KY Pay Rate: $18.00/hr + a $25.00 welcome bonus (applicable to those working their first event with ATN) Dates: August 17th – 23rd **You are not required to work all days** Shifts: There are several shifts available between 4 and 12 hours in length **Exact shift options will be released for your review prior to booking commitment** Job Duties – assist with one or more of the following: + Registration Desk: Check-in guests, distribute ID badges and conference bags + Directional/Wayfinding: Provide directions to appropriate locations + Room Monitor: Prep conference rooms and usher guests to available seating + Badge Scanner: Check and scan guest credentials A brief paid training is provided on each event day and staff may be rotated between roles as needed. Qualifications: Highly professional, well-spoken and friendly.
