Description: Small industrial supply company in search of a warehouse shipping/receiving worker. Responsibilities include receiving material into stock, picking material for orders, shipping materials utilizing various carriers and general warehouse tasks. The ideal candidate will be a team player, have strong attention to detail, and looking to grow within the company and learn our warehouse operation. We offer benefits including health benefits after 90 days and 401k after 1 year. Responsibilities: • Receive and process goods into warehouse (unload, verify, label, store) • Perform inventory controls including cycle counts, incoming and outgoing counts, and clean storage areas • Pick goods for outgoing orders accurately • Accurately complete stock transaction into and out of stock validating on hand qty, on order, etc. • Report any discrepancies • Follow all quality requirements for inspection and validation of parts • Perform inventory and stocking at customer sites as needed • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse Requirements: • Ability to pass drug test and background check • Attention to detail in all aspect of material handling • Good organizational skills • Team player with good communication skills • Ability to pass written and practical fork lift training • Ability to regularly handle packages up to 30 pounds, and often in excess • Ability to stand/walk for majority of 8 hour shift • Warehouse experience is a plus, but ability to learn and have attention to detail is more important.
