Small family owned mom and pop Appliance repair air conditioning installation company seeking full time helper to start Monday August 16. The owner has over 35 years of experience and has retained customers for that span of time, is an expert in his field. He can teach and train if you want to learn. Full time M-F 40+ hours per week overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate. Show up at our house each day, ride in the truck with owner from job to job, assist as needed with extra set of hands, handing him tools, lifting, etc. Owner does the work himself so no experience needed, just assist as needed/directed. We’ve had the same employee for 3 years and could really use someone reliable who will work long term ideally at least a year but flexible. This is a great opportunity for someone young who wants to learn. *OWNER FULLY VACCINATED FOR COVID AND WE WILL ONLY EMPLOY A FULLY VACCINATED EMPLOYEE - WILL NEED PROOF OF COVID-19 VACCINATION CARD. ALSO MASKS ARE STILL WORN FOR FULL WORK DAY AS TRAVELING TOGETHER IN THE WORK TRUCK AND ENTERING OTHERS HOMES ALL DAY.* M-F start at 8:30am, some overtime hours during busiest months paid at time and a half. Local family owned small company owner does the jobs. No experience required as the purpose of the position is to assist the owner and provide extra set of hands. Experience also great and/or desire to learn the trade. The way the job works is you arrive to our home each morning, park your car, and ride with the owner in the truck from job to job all day. Need someone reliable who would like to be employed long term and be consistent. Must be vaccinated for covid and show proof of full vaccination. Masks still required to be worn for the full work day. Will provide you comfortable protective 3 layer cotton mask or wear your own if preferred. Non smoker as riding in vehicle with owner.
