Bring your OWN Tools, Experience, and SMILE � Skills Proven experience as maintenance technician Basic understanding of electrical Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods Interior/exterior painting, and drywall repairs Process and complete maintenance work orders, and vacant units rent ready timely. Repair/Replace: household appliances, heating and cooling system, plumbing, minor electrical, and carpentry. Janitorial cleaning of common areas, vacant units and grounds. Emergency maintenance after business hours will be required.
