Due to growth, the Nation’s leading deck building companies is growing. We are actively seeking candidates for multiple open positions in our Quality Control and Service departments. Quality Control Inspector Qualifications: • Ability to read and interpret contracts • Measure and review contracts for accuracy prior to installation • Must have the ability to communicate with homeowners and others throughout the installation process • Ability to take photos that document the job site as well as the completed project • Ability to complete job-site inspection report • Ability to make small repairs as needed to deck and patios projects • Reliable transportation to our Woodbridge, VA office • Valid DL with clean record • Experience with our primary products of decks and patios a plus • Desire to grow and learn, along with an overall positive attitude and outlook. Service Technician & Assistant Technician: • Reliable transportation to our Woodbridge, VA office • Valid DL with clean record • Technician must have minimum 3 years’ experience constructing wood decks, Trex decks. • Assistant technician minimum 6 months experience preferred with the ability to learn new skills with on-the-job training. • Deck services can range from minor repairs such as replacing deck floorboards or railing parts, to major services including replacing beams, stringers, or structural posts. • Technicians must be able to identify and diagnose issues on site at the time-of-service inspection, provide photos, an accurate material list, and estimate amount of time needed for return service if necessary. • Desire to grow and learn, along with an overall positive attitude and outlook.
