Patches and paints areas designated throughout various area complexes by manual painting, pressure rolling, or pressure spraying. Adherence to core values and mission statement is expected and is critical to the quality that is expected. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Paints where needed based on task list provided - Inspects the interior of the unit for areas in need of patching and painting - Responsible for keeping inventory of paints and paint supplies - Performs other duties and tasks as requested Minimum Requirements: - Two to three years experience in the painting field - Reliable transportation - Self motivated Hourly or piecemeal pay available
