Seeking a reliable part-time helper for multiple properties in Boulder(flexible hours) - Must enjoy working independently and have a high attention to detail You would: - mow (we have new mowers) - weed whack (we have new trimmers) - trim branches and bundle - pull weeds & spray weed killer - pick up trash/debris, sticks (and occasionally errant dog waste) - sweep and blow off sidewalks and clean curbs - fall leaf clean up - clean laundry rooms - paint/stain, do odd jobs including making trips to Home Depot and Western Disposal Contact for more info- all properties are in Boulder and hours are flexible Non-smokers, must have own transport. Truck is a plus.
