CLC is now interviewing for a shop mechanic and general laborer. We are seeking someone who is handy in all areas and has 2 years minimum experience with automotive and or small engine work. Looking for someone to join the team who can take responsibility and have pride in what they do... Opportunity is great to fine tune skills and help our expanding business succeed. Must have a great attitude and work ethic. Must be able to lift 100lbs from time to time and not be a weenie. ;) Some of the tasks are but not limited to the following: -Showing up on time and leaving when the job is done! -Being detail oriented and having a clean work space. -Sharpening mower blades, checking air pressure, oil changes. -Some welding when needed. -Hooking up trailers, diagnosing light failures and fixing on trailers/trucks -Shop inventory of tools and equipment -Inventory parts for equipment and sprinkler stock -Preventative maintenance on all equipment and trucks. -Small engine and from time to time truck engine accessory replacements such as starters/water pumps, etc. -Having mowers and equipment ready for crews is absolute must every day. -Did I say clean? Clean area and take pride in shop space. Please do consider this position if you are a honest, hard working individual. Range is 17-22 Term of employment part to full time depending on experience. College students welcome, but must work out scheule. Some small engines that need worked on are Kohler, briggs, walker, scag, hustler, toro mowers, dump trailers, flat bed trailers, all trucks.
