Job Details: All Phase Restoration is seeking Restoration Technicians and Lead Restoration Technicians at our Windsor office, Serving Northern Colorado. Our Technicians are responsible for overseeing mitigation projects which can range from small residential jobs to large commercial jobs. This is a Full Time position with typically 80-90% of time spent out in the field. This position is hourly with compensation based on experience, at a minimum of $17.50 up to $24 depending on experience. This is an entry level position and we will train the right person. Many overtime opportunities available. IICRC Certifications or Asbestos Abatement certifications are well received. We also offer training and certifications for the position. Your Day-to-Day: Respond to residential and commercial water and fire losses and perform mitigation services. Perform daily checks on job sites and create daily logs. Communicate regularly with supervisors, building owners and project managers. Perform and oversee the removal of building materials, occasionally hazardous materials. Set up equipment in accordance with the IICRC S500. Effectively manage technicians and temporary labor. Maintain job-sites and containments, manage housekeeping requirements. Perform field activities and/or other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Experience working in the field, around contractors and clients. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Positive, "can-do" attitude. Safety conscience approach during all work activities. Mechanical/Construction skills a plus. Valid Driver's License, no DUI's/DWI's. Must be able to pass a background check and initial drug screen. Applicant must be able to walk around job sites, climb scaffolding, lift objects over 50lbs and occasionally lift tools or materials over the head.
