We are a small but thriving business that specializes in multi-housing interior painting. The apartment turn industry is fast paced, constantly changing and requires the ability to adapt in those environments. Part Time Subcontractor Needed!! Qualifications: Quality, detailed apartment turn painting experience highly preferred. Painting experience in general, required. 18" Experience Required. Proficient skill in free hand cut in. Drywall/Ceiling Repair experience highly preferred. Must provide own equipment (roller, poles, ladder, brushes, tarp/plastic etc). Must provide your own reliable transportation to work sites throughout the Twin Cities (Saint Paul, Woodbury, Minneapolis and much more). Must be drug free. Timeliness, detail oriented and keeps workspace clean. Respectful to residents and clients alike. Painter duties include, but are not limited to: Prepare various surfaces for painting (scraping, mudwork, sanding etc). Cover all required surfaces with paint (multiple coats if needed). Drywall repair. Ceiling repair. Ceiling popcorn application. Maintain clean and neat work space with no paint drips/spills, removing all trash and necessary cleaning prior to work completion. Each job may require a different level of painting services dependent on condition. Prime availability is the last day of the month and first week of the month. This is our busiest time. This is a subcontractor based position and requires insurance and W-9. When responding please give details about your experience.
