20 something fem queer solo musician looking to share practice space with someone/others starting this month or September 1st!! would be $175 a month& month to month lease free arrangement ! message with a link to some form of social media so I know ur real!! and maybe some info about what your looking for in a space and your schedule style/desires to see if were a good match would be most ideal if you have a drum free group, cuz the room isn't super big, BUT it could definitely fit a drum kit if you need!! space is right off downtown mpls, technically over north I think. <3 <3 <3
