Maintenance Technician FUR Property Management is looking to hire a full time Maintenance Technician to help maintain 254 units on Madison's west side. Experience is not required but is a plus. Candidates must be organized, motivated, reliable and have good communication skills. Responsibilities include: - Painting - Minor electrical and plumbing - General problem solving/ mechanical aptitude. - Must be available for on call rotation for maintenance emergencies. - Timely completion of tasks and work orders - Able to assist with snow removal. -Perform other tasks as assigned.
