Basic Plumbing: replace outdoor spigots and garbage disposal

The spigots front and back yard have been patched and caulked too many times, need new front and back purchased and installed. AND Garbage disposal / new sink were poorly installed recently and need a re-do... caulking and reinstalling the basin square and secure, and re install of garbage disposal. No doubt you'll need parts, Home Depot and Ace are both within five miles... Please email a nutshell paragraph of your experience and why I can trust this will be well done. NOTE: since you'll be alone in the house at times I need to photocopy your valid D.L. regardless of a business card or references...please only respond if that is OK... Thanks! For a competent plumber this should take under three hours, so $300 seems fair...
